Project overview

SentientPro is a sales enablement platform built specifically for salespeople — home to the Sales Training Gym and the Digital Sales Assistant. Unlike generic LLMs and learning management systems, SentientPro combines AI-powered role-play training with real-time visibility across a rep’s CRM, email and calendar, helping sales teams sharpen their skills, prepare faster, and spot risks before they cost a deal. The company needed a website that matched the sophistication of the product: clear enough to explain a multi-product SaaS offering, confident enough to stand alongside the AI tools it was selling, and structured to convert visitors into sign-ups.

We built the site to do exactly that — presenting the Sales Gym, Digital Assistant and Team Licenses as distinct but connected products, with transparent pricing, clear feature breakdowns, and a content hub to support the brand’s authority in the sales space.

Challenges & constraints

SentientPro isn’t a single product — it’s a suite, with individual and team licensing, monthly and yearly pricing, and a feature set that spans AI training, conversation intelligence, meeting prep, and pipeline visibility. The challenge was to make a genuinely complex offering feel simple and immediately understandable, without burying the value or overwhelming a first-time visitor.

On top of that, the site had to earn credibility in a crowded, AI-saturated market. Buyers are increasingly sceptical of “another AI tool,” so the website needed to clearly articulate what makes SentientPro different — purpose-built for sales, source-backed insights, and real on-the-job training — while driving users cleanly toward sign-up and supporting an ongoing content and blog strategy.

Project solution

We delivered a website built around clarity and conversion. Each product is given its own space to breathe, with feature lists, distinct sign-up paths, and a flexible pricing module that toggles cleanly between monthly and yearly plans across all three license types. The messaging leads with the outcomes salespeople care about — sharper conversations, faster prep, fewer missed risks, and career-long growth — and reinforces SentientPro’s key differentiator: tools designed specifically for sales, not repurposed general-purpose AI.

Beyond the core product pages, we structured the site to support long-term growth, with an integrated blog, papers and books, events, and coaching content that establish SentientPro as a credible voice for sales leaders and reps. The result is a polished, scalable platform that translates a sophisticated AI product suite into a clear, compelling experience — and gives SentientPro a strong digital foundation to grow its user base.

Lets address your questions today!

Media House is a full-service boutique creative agency. We cover branding and identity, web design and development, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, PPC, and live broadcasting. In practice that means we can take a brand from strategy and positioning right through to broadcast-quality video, a high-performing website, and the campaigns that drive enquiries and bookings — all under one roof, working as an extension of your team.

It depends on scope. A focused piece of work like a content shoot or landing page can turn around in a couple of weeks, while a full website rebuild or brand identity typically runs over six to eight weeks. Ongoing partnerships such as social media management or retained content run month to month. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline during the initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Absolutely. We work with founders, independent operators, and small teams as well as larger destinations and attractions. Our lean model means you get senior-level strategy and high-quality output without big-agency overheads, and we tailor the scope to fit your goals and budget — so the work makes commercial sense whatever your size.

Yes. We can audit, refine, and build on what you already have, whether that's improving design and usability, fixing performance and SEO, adding new functionality, or refreshing content. If a full rebuild is the better long-term option we'll tell you honestly — but we're just as happy improving an existing site where that's the right call.
