Project overview

Sandringham Hotel needed a brand refresh that would appeal to a younger audience while still respecting the heritage of the business. With branding that had been passed down over time, their visual identity no longer reflected the direction they wanted to move in. They needed a creative partner who could modernise their look without losing character. We delivered a subtle but impactful redesign, supported by high-quality videography, to reposition the brand and make it more relevant, engaging, and visually confident.

This refreshed identity strengthened their overall presence, giving the hotel a more contemporary feel while remaining true to its roots. The result is a brand that feels current, considered, and better aligned with its new target audience.

Challenges & constraints

The existing branding was holding the business back, but changing it felt like a risk. With limited internal capacity and no facilities to manage a full rebrand, the team needed external support they could trust. The challenge was finding the right balance — modernising the brand without alienating existing customers or stripping away its heritage.

In the competitive hospitality and leisure sector, standing still wasn’t an option. The brand needed to evolve in a way that felt natural, confident, and purposeful.

Projects solution

We delivered a refined brand refresh designed to elevate the hotel’s identity without overpowering it. Through subtle design updates and carefully crafted videography, we introduced a more modern visual language that resonates with a younger audience while preserving the hotel’s established character.

The result is a stronger, more cohesive brand presence across digital platforms — one that feels fresh, inviting, and positioned for the next chapter of the business.

Lets address your questions today!

Media House is a full-service boutique creative agency. We cover branding and identity, web design and development, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, PPC, and live broadcasting. In practice that means we can take a brand from strategy and positioning right through to broadcast-quality video, a high-performing website, and the campaigns that drive enquiries and bookings — all under one roof, working as an extension of your team.

It depends on scope. A focused piece of work like a content shoot or landing page can turn around in a couple of weeks, while a full website rebuild or brand identity typically runs over six to eight weeks. Ongoing partnerships such as social media management or retained content run month to month. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline during the initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Absolutely. We work with founders, independent operators, and small teams as well as larger destinations and attractions. Our lean model means you get senior-level strategy and high-quality output without big-agency overheads, and we tailor the scope to fit your goals and budget — so the work makes commercial sense whatever your size.

Yes. We can audit, refine, and build on what you already have, whether that's improving design and usability, fixing performance and SEO, adding new functionality, or refreshing content. If a full rebuild is the better long-term option we'll tell you honestly — but we're just as happy improving an existing site where that's the right call.
